An intensive vipassana retreat hosted at the Clarisse Monastero at Fara in Sabina, Italy, from August 22, 2014, for 7, 9, or 14 days.
Directed by Henk Barendregt assisted by Antonino Raffone. Language English and Italian. Experience required (e.g. introduction course). Course of 14 (or the first 7 or 9) days, or the last 7 days. Travel to be organized by the participant. Reachable from Roma (and its two airports; from Fiumicino it is more easy) by public transport.
Meditation style: Mahasi Sayadaw: walking meditation and sitting meditation focussing on raising and falling of the abdomen, towards the increase of wholesome mind-states and the decrease of unwholesome ones.
